A group of students in PBA (75 people) drained the faucet so fast, so having a functioning alert didn't do a thing.
After asking them, it all seems like legitimate usage, and the problem is actually that we were keeping the balance at 1k-10k, while the drip amount is 100ROC on this faucet (so, a 100 drips, shouldn't be that few).
Faucet account should normally contain 10k-100k ROC, alerts should be adjusted accordingly.
Same goes for versi chain, as it also has default drip amount of 100VRS.
What need to be done:
[ ] Check the master dripper account, it should contian around 1M ROC and VRS, to ensure at least 10 top-ups without going to chain admins
[x] Update the dashboard, so each faucet would have it's own independent limits and alerts
[x] Store addresses of all faucet accounts in our 1Password (or even in the dashboard itself), to ease top-ups
[x] Add instruction to wiki how to perform top-ups
Master dripper account is topped up a bit for now, getting 1M of it will take making new money.
The process is on its way, but no rush. Closing as completed.
