Highlight relevant content #713

Some content is actionable only by council members. It would be great to highlight in some way this content when the currently logged in account is part of the council, making the sample content below a little flashier / visible.

I am sure that would help the council members to spot their todos.

I'm not 100% convinced that this should only be for council members tbh. I think council members with the amount of motions they're voting on/should vote on each week should not need a UI thing for them.

I'll keep this issue around for a while, to see if it get traction, but overall Polkassembly is as much for any users as it is for council users who are a minority.

That's exactly the reason why the UI could help !
