Remove repository's linting configs and use opstooling-js-style
- Kept sonarjs plugin and rules that does not exist in opstooling-js-style
Ignored (for now) lint rules that are not auto-fixable
- This is in order to separate auto-fix changes to code which are safe, from manual changes which need to be reviewed more closely

Wait, I actually suggest to remove all those. We've disabled quite a few lately. Let's have opstooling-js-style as the only ruleset
