Slow block #234

We found that the block time for block 1869260 was 35+ minutes. Could you please provide details for it? Thanks.

The big block time is caused by today’s Polkadot outage. After the Polkadot runtime upgrade to 1.3 was applied, most parachains stopped producing blocks. Most have recovered by now, but we are still investigating the issue. I will share the post-mortem when it's available.
