I've tryed sms verify my account too. No sms recieved. And one more question: if i will have luck to get sms, how can I move to "enter code" step of verification? Currently I can only request new puzzle+sms with paid transaction, also i got mention "You already requested verification from this account" on request step, but "enter code" is inactive.
@asagajda We've recently deployed couple of fixes to SMS verification. What version of Parity are you using?
If you're issue is still not solved by updating to 1.6.6-beta
version of Parity please contact info@parity.io
Screenshot from previous post made exactly on 1.6.6-beta. And maybe it's necessary to update verification contract to enable possibility to re-request sms with some small fee for those who successfully requested it once?
@asagajda Did you receive the SMS? If yes then it's just the UI issue (you can probably manualy send a phrase to the contract). If you didn't receive it please contact our e-mail address and provide the number (we store only sha3 of your phone number), we can try to re-produce the issue (maybe it's not whitelisted on our messaging service)
Same here, I haven't received any SMS to verify my ACC. Paid three times 0,007 ETH. Using parity 1.7. What should I do now?
Please contact our support at info@parity.io and include the address you tried to verify.
Hi, tried to certify my SMS number, but it didn't work. I received the SMS, but never be able to enter what I received... I tried to contact info@parity.io, but no answer... What should I do?
Hello @ghivert. I've just replied to your e-mail.
I have successfully paid the 0.03 ether fee (https://etherscan.io/tx/0x0235efef4df289425df6133956a81b90e4d54d4cfa59adab27b3d8edf868e5df), but I have not received an SMS. Furthermore it seems that the delegate address has not been active for the last 6 days (https://etherscan.io/address/0x00433f38561cc8799077c7E4e3CD6d0D777bd0e0) even though plenty other addresses, but my own, have tried to get verified. Whether it's your client that is down or what I don't know, but something seems to be wrong.
I have only personally paid the fee once, but I imagine that some of the people who paid the fee more than once with no luck, would be interested in a refund.
