Support Westend #56

This list is using in many other modules, where "westend" network is needed while developing.

42 is the generic Substrate index, nothing wrong with it.

But on polkadot wiki, 42 is for westend. https://wiki.polkadot.network/docs/build-protocol-info

By the way, What should one do If he needs work on westend?

The index is also used for rococo or any other test net.
