Telemetry is down #503

https://telemetry.polkadot.io/ is down and has been for more than 7 hours now

Not sure whether this is the place to report it -- if it is not, please let me know what's the suitable place.

Thanks for the report! We've been looking into the recent instability and believe we have a solution in place, though we will keep monitoring it :)
