Receiving data from telemetry.polkadot.io #562

Hello everyone, is there any possibility/documentation on how to get data from telemetry.polkadot? I need to obtain data about the state of a specific network. Now I was able to get data from wss://feed.telemetry.polkadot.io/feed only a list of networks. :(
