[x] migrate all JSON data into .md (current version has missing chain in taxonomy , needs to be added)
[x] config redirects for legacy IA
[x] remove legacy templates, components and static hardcoded content
[x] add to readme how to contribute over .md

future improvements:

[ ] project section linking marketplace
[ ] remove unused project images
[ ] add case studies to right hand nav of individual project view

Some of the improvements around the layout of the projects section on substrate.io/projects will need to be made in the gatsby-plugin-substrate repository (https://github.com/paritytech/gatsby-plugin-substrate/blob/main/components/NavSidebar.js). This has been built with the old structure in mind and will need to be modified in order to reflect the changes here.
