Broken link on /ecosystem/connect/contact/ #277

On https://substrate.io/ecosystem/connect/contact/ the link for the Substrate Discord server is broken:

We had a case this week of a Discord server using a broken invite for scam reasons.

@rmnprkrl - spoke to Benoit, they have decided to remove the link entirely. Let me know if you would like me to remove the SVG itself as well, have left it in the project just in case. PR: https://github.com/paritytech-webops/substrate-website/pull/278
