Adding new projects, with logos (.png). Correcting a few errors in existing projects. Removing some inactive projects.

Hi @DanielCake-Baly I just took a look at this and it seems you are missing the image for Composable.

The error I get locally is No matching file found for src "/media/images/projects/composable.png" in static folder "/substrate-website". Please check static folder name and that file exists at "/substrate-website/media/images/projects/composable.png".

Could you please add this image?

Yes, corrected, the image was there, but the file name was not updated.
