• What does this PR do?
• This PR introduces the TotalValueLocked of all nom-pools
• Why are these changes needed?
• they are requested in issue 14566
• How were these changes implemented and what do they affect?
• Its just an extra StorageValue with an effect on execution time on every flow of funds in and out of the nom-pools.
