chore(examples): Added example for foreign asset #367

Following #362 , now an example on how to transfer foreign assets was added.

@IkerAlus Since the whole process of creating the foreign asset exceeds the scope of the example, it now only mocks the transfer and does not submit it. Also had to change some compiler options because it was building the wrong target.
