improve zombienet docs #1706

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The documentation in the readme although it can get you run the program, the issue is zombienet has gone alot of changes and earlier it was juts downloading an executable but now you get some have the earlier executable and now in the docs it instructs to clone the repo and run zombienet in a Js app.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to write a documentation fully concerning the transition , updating the earlier versions and how to run the new zombienet.
