Install MySQL Workbench and configure local MySQL #127

The following should be done:

  1. Install MySQL Workbench, a client/IDE that lets you connect to a MySQL database. If you're having trouble properly installing it, let me know and we can set up some time outside our normal meeting times to set it up.
