Repository cleanup + zappa/awscli added to reqs file #154

I removed all config files / shell scripts that were related to deploying the app to EC2, and added zappa and awscli to requirements.txt. You should be able to just merge this to your master.

Feel free to delete this branch once it's merged. We should also delete merged branches moving forward (we have their commit history so removing them is no big deal).
