Web app needs to handle conditional requisites #51

Some requisites can be fulfilled by more than one class. The database can now handle these requisites, but the web app does not yet do anything with that data (i.e. currently it tells the frontend to display "CSCI Emphasis IV" for one of the requisites of the CSCI major)

Conditional requisites added by #48 (refer here for more info)

Won't do anymore. If anyone wants to do, email me: jpark3@scu.edu Whatever progess I've done is viewable on the ConditionalReqs table. It is not being used by the web app at all right now.
