Error when running create.xgmml.from.ngscheckmateout #29

I'm trying to run create.xgmml.from.ngscheckmateout to generate the graph, but get this error:

create.xgmml.from.ngscheckmateout(label.file,ngscheckmateoutput.file,output.xgmml) Error in $<-.data.frame(*tmp*, "nodeID", value = 1:0) : replacement has 2 rows, data has 0
