There doesn't seem to be responses to any recent issues or updates. Are you maintaining this tool?

@sejooning, @SooLee , can you comment on this at all please. This tool is extremely useful to me for verifying that samples match as expected, and is an essential part of our QC steps. There are several PRs that fix open bugs, and I have been using a modified script that incorporates these for the last year. Can we please get an updated version that incorporates some of these. If you are not able to maintain the tool, would you be willing to allow someone else to do so?
