IRC channel? #48

I registered #webmacs on irc.freenode.net. If you would like to "own" this channel, just let me know. If you would rather I not claim this channel is "official", I can rename to ##webmacs.

I like the approach, though I am not sure how often I could be there. But I am ok to keep this channel as the "official one", and I'll try to be there often (currently I'm on holidays, so starting two weeks from now)!
