Reorder docker folder #196

I was thinking about moving the files used for the same solution to a deeper folder as install_script, say

All of this is just in case the solutions are isolated from each other.

Yes, move it out of the way. I don't think it's used anymore. Check if we link to it somewhere. The installer is now the preferred way.
