Remove jekyll-admin #43

I barely contribute to jekyll-admin (just checking issues actually) and @jekyllbot is closing issues before I even look at them. I don't want issues to be closed. So It would better if we could disable it.

@mertkahyaoglu Thanks! I'd highly recommend finding someone you trust to help maintain the project. 😄 Someone who is willing to spend some time on it, and someone with the right expertise.
