Add support for more SBC hardware #7

It worries me that the maximum order for the NanoPi NEO metal kit is 18 units. Is it being discontinued?

Add support for at least the R1S, maybe the Duo2 with a custom USB-A daughterboard.

Also look at OrangePi. OrangePi Zero Plus looks like a usable board.

Currently on the short list for consideration (because I have at least one of each of these)

Orange Pi Zero Orange Pi Zero Plus FriendlyArm NanoPi R1S-H3 (I'm probably going to target this one first, because it comes in a nice case. Though I do have cases for the Orange Pi boards, too.) Rock Pi S FriendlyArm NanoPi Duo2 (needs a host port added on)

I don't have a Raspberry Pi 4 yet, and there's no OTG port on the 3, but if there's demand I can order one. (I do have a Zero, but that has an OTG port and no host port.)
