Map is listed in the maps window but can not be switched to.

This happens when .map file is missing, or contains bogus parameter, often 
"IWH,Map Image Width/Height" line. It's nothing I can do in near future because 
I am not the author of Swampex library that works with ozf files.

The workaround is to recalibrate map with desktop edition of OziExplorer: Open 
a map, select "File|Check Calibration of Map" from menu and press "Save" in the 
opened sidebar without changing anything - .map file will be rewritten with 
correct values and become suitable for Androzic.
