latent_truncation_censoring_adjusted_delay_zero what is this? #39

We currently have this model in the code and I can't remember why? If there is no reason we should drop.

It was added to deal with zero delays but we resolved this issue. So this can be deleted now. Also going to delete the exponential one for now and see if I can do something more clever... failed at it today so will get back to this tomorrow.
