consistency for punctuation of equations could be improved #53

For equations on a new line e.g. with "$$", sometimes there is a ":" before, and sometimes there is a ",". Also, sometimes there is a "." after and sometimes there isn't. Up to you the style you prefer but I suggest being consistent with one style.

(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9) follow use ":" and punctutate with "," and "."
(10), (15), (16), (17) uses "," before
(11) uses nothing before
(14), (20), (21), (25), (27), (30) has no "." after

Stopped at 30. Can list all if you prefer, but would be easier if I knew which style you prefer (to look for deviations from it).
