Wsl:Kali Linux installation hanging up while installing ctcdecode

Hey guy's, when I try to install ctcdecode via wsl the kali linux subsystem is just hanging up while installing the ctcdecode module.

This is what the installation process looks after half an hour:

我也是wsl-Ubuntu22，py37安装ctcdecode-1卡在这里很久不动，这是什么情况？
