Android 12 notifications handling #19

With Android 12 the way of handling notifications changed.

Adding support for this by targetting Android 12 and and request sending notifications if needed.

Fixed in #20 & released in version 3.6.1 🚀

Also added support for targetting Android 13 in #22, which is released in version 3.7.0 🚀
