Make name_shadow_view optional #45

Currently the agent name always has a grey shadow (the name_shadow_view). We would like the option to remove this. Currently it clashes with the rest of our design, the shadow goes outside the message box, as can be seen in the included screenshot.

Unfortunately this wasn't caused by the name_shadow_view, but unintentionally by the info_shadow_view. This is fixed in 3.9.4 🚀

Please let me know if using version 3.9.4 fixes this issue for you 👍
