Expose more possibility to style `AgentTypingTableViewCell` #105

Describe the bug It would be nice to have the possibility to style the AgentTypingTableViewCell in the following ways:

  1. Provide the size of the dotView through AgentTypingTableViewCellAppearance
  2. Provide the two distances between the three dotviews through AgentTypingTableViewCellAppearance
  3. Provide the alpha of the dotView through AgentTypingTableViewCellAppearance
