When changing the date (month or year) manually in the field the calendar does not update #244

When you select a date in the calendar and then you change the year or the 
month manually the calendar does not update. However, if you change the day it 
does update.

This issue is also present when you input a date in the field via a SELECT (IE 
YESTERDAY), the calendar does not update at all until you change the day 
manually in the field.
