Hebrew support #315

In Hebrew weekdays' one letter abbreviation is not the first letter of day's 
name. Therefore it will be nice if the values for the header could be taken as 
a substr from Date.abbrDayNames rather than from Date.DayNames. I guess it 
won't make any change to other locales.
