If select Date 3/30 it will select 3/29 instead. #344

Hi , 

When some one selectes date March 31 (3/30/2012) it will select date 29th 
instead (3/29/2012)

Please can you help fixing that.

We faced similar issue with Feb (selecting Feb 29 it will select 3/1 instead 
but this was logged and solved ).

Please can you help.
