More robust to keep the conditions combined when predicting trajectories. Logic is that even if a mutant phenotype would cause a different lineage, it should appear and then be comparable to the control.

Properly analyzed the DEGs specific to the desired pseudotime lineage as well => gene lists will be different from each other
