random misnamed gene name in DA analysis #15

Error when running brain organoid paper data. Checked manually and did not see any point where miloR functions would change the initial gene name given. Putting bandaid solution to sub 'HLA.' to 'HLA-' for now

Due to use of gsub instead of sub, added fixed function for now
