psupertime: find genes that are differentially changing over time given multiple conditions #38

perform differential analysis using DESeq2 -> either by using the previous list that ignores time-series and chooses the top DEGs from there to look at. Second option is that perform DESeq2 analysis using the psupertime values, but not sure how to handle 2+ conditions in the design.
