Use clustree to find optimal resolution #4

clustree looks like it will need manual checks

checking https://www.biostars.org/p/9489313/. A method seems to be calculating multiple resolutions and see how many clusters are formed. If wanting 1 resolution value, could find the cluster with the most occurrences over the chosen resolution range.

Leaving this as an optional parameter for the user to determine whether they would like additional clustering.
