Let's skip f28 and target f29 directly. As of now:

thurst.inria.fr (currently nbhosting-dev.inria.fr) runs on fedora29
it is empty and has students area mostly synced
plan is to swap both IPs during vacation time, so that ` thurst can be upgraded to fedora29 as well
will swap back once all is allright, hopefully by jan. 1st.

both nbhosting.inria.fr and nbhosting-dev.inria.fr have been running on f29 since december 2018
