There are several things in this "why haven't you broken it into several commits" PR:

Update janus-idp dependency version to 2.11.4
Add sonataflow and knative CRDs to helm chart to avoid two-step installation
Update installation to a single step
Update sonataflow operator and catalog item (done against quay.io/masayag to support SonataPlatform CRD with services)
Add sonataflow services installation via the SonataflotPlatform instead of explicit deployments
Add Parodos icon to chart
