Addresses #FLPATH-629

Integrates latest SF platform (2.0.0-SNAPSHOT)
Introduces escalation on timeout expiration
UT code needs review once the 2.0.0 version is stable
Using temporary JBoss repo in the pom to satisfy the dependency from latest SonataFlow artifacts (2.0.0-SNAPSHOT)

~~Do not merge until SF v2.x is released~~
