Partial implementation for FLPATH-634 Generalize escalation mechanism. Missing parts:

Finalize SonataFlow version with latest updates
Restore Unit Test code (disabled because of the above point)

@masayag @gciavarrini @gciavarrini @rgolangh Can you please have a look? As described in the README, it's not fully working because we miss the lastest artifacts of SonataFlow including the timeout error management.
