Update links for easier inclusion in parados dev site #27

Hi Daniele, We need to reference the escalation workflow readme's on Parados Dev site at: https://www.parodos.dev/ which has code at https://github.com/parodos-dev/parodos-dev.github.io.

There we will simply include the reference of the escalation readme's but need to refactor the links so as to work both on Parodos site and readmes on github.

This change is for the FLPATH1025 - Document escalation examples

Please approve or provide feedback for changes.

Should not this link be to https://github.com/parodos-dev/serverless-workflows instead? I am not sure what will do with the current repo in the future

Including the examples in the documentation site makes this repo more likely to stay active and viable.

Pls change all the links to link the repo under the parodos-dev organization instead of your fork
