Added Turtle Beach Recon support #226

Of course I don't want to take credit for a diff made by someone else, however it solved my problem that my Turtle Beach Recon controller was not working on Ubuntu 22.04 and other people may find this helpful as well.

It fixes #174

Any blockers for this PR? It may be useful for solving my issue with Turtle Controller as well

after some test i faced some issue, like trigger not work do you have a idea/fix for it? on a turtle controller for xbox one/pc

Sorry, I don't know the code at all, and for me it seems to work fine so far. My recommendation would be to create a separate issue for that, please describe there as detailed as possible the context, symptoms, how to reproduce, etc

i use too a another controller turtle beach react-r, it use almost same id as recon but trigger not work at all even with xone.
