Switch Host to fragments and build details page. #45

This pulls all of our host workflow into fragments that are hosted by the Host Activity. This makes the design similar to the Driver side of things and also prevents us from switching between new activities and fragments in the Host menus. Because this PR became really large with just the fragment stuff, I decided to only include a very basic version of the details page that doesn't have much styling. That PR will come next, with an update to the styling on the spots list page, along with a general purpose new spot page.
