Accept custom http options #319

Hi there 👋

With this PR, excoveralls allows passing custom http options.

This is useful for example when you have castore installed, but need to specify a different cacertfile.

Thank you for the PR 🙇 . Is there any chance you can mention the usage example in README? (possibly, somewhere under https://github.com/parroty/excoveralls#other-considerations), or do you think it's not necessary?
