Bumped spellcheck GitHub action to version 0.20.0 #352

I have recently released 0.20.0 of the spellcheck GitHub action, I can see that you are using 0.14.0, so an update could be useful to you. Let me know if you have any issues with the proposal and I will try to accommodate.

I can recommend Dependabot for keeping your GitHub actions up to date, if you want a PR proposing a basic configuration, please let me know.

I have just initiated a sunset policy for the GitHub action and the version you are using are over a year old so it will be deleted from DockerHub eventually.

Please consider updating the used version to something contemporary either via the proposed PR or by own accord.

Version 0.14.0 if the GitHub spellcheck action is no longer available from DockerHub, please see the documentation on the sunset policy.
