[] Change make -j to make -jX to stop crashing computers
[] List Ubuntu dependencies in tutorial/flexus README instead of build_qemu.sh
[] Explain each argument somewhere (e.g. config=post_load)
[] https://qflex.epfl.ch/download/ -> echo 1 > $QFLEX/run/preload_system_width hack
