Add "Parse Auditor" to community projects #34

Hi All, At the suggestion of the Back4App team, I am submitting to have "Parse Auditor" added to the parse platform community section.

This is a small module inspired by Hibernate's Envers project. It adds automated data versioning/tracking/auditing to table.
