Removed links to the deleted community forum #37

As discussed on twitter, the community forum has ben deleted and there is some work going on to pusblish a replacement.

Meanwhile it would be a good idea to remove the links to the deleted forum from the public website.

Done. I thought it would be best to remove the broken link but i'm ok with leaving it in the README.

Maybe we could add some sort of info somewhere that the community forum is in maintenance or something?

I agree, I just had the same thought.

I will contact the the team regarding this, although no guarantees it will be sorted soon due to the current circumstances.
