I've just successfully installed using this version of npm and node in Mac. I believe it is some problem happening in Windows when using npm to install packages from github. Could you please try to update git to the latest version and also share the version that you are using?

I have updated Git to the last version (git version 2.26.2.windows.1) and after that i tried to install the parse dashboard with npm and the installation completed without error.
